Hey, it’s Jeff Chubb with Bluefin Property Buyers. We are here at 43 Buttonwood Road in Halifax, Massachusetts and it’s closing day tomorrow. I don’t even think you can recognize this house from when we started to what it is today. But this is the finishing product. I’m really proud of it. I really love what happened here.

On the outside, we replaced all the windows and then added a new window to the right of the front door. Painted the exterior of the house white and added black shutters. The new black roof really helps make the house POP! We also removed the 3rd front door that was right off the driveway that went into what used to be the old garage. And what you can’t see is that we did all new systems in the house. We made this house VERY energy efficient with a 58 HERS rating (VERY GOOD!).
Don’t miss the professional landscaping. This house will really pop once the landscaping becomes established. We have knock out rose bushes which will give a stunning red flower from Spring to Fall. Endless Summer Hydrangeas which will give a beautiful light blue flower on each side of the front door. And all the way to the left we planted an eye catching Red Maple.

Now come on in, take a look, and I’ll point out things that we did along the way.
We basically gutted the entire interior of the house. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new paint, new lighting, new everything.
This house is on a slab so we installed a high end vinyl floor. We chose a little bit of a lighter color to help accent the natural tones of the house.
In the Kitchen we were able to add additional cabinets when compared to the old Kitchen. We used a white shaker cabinet with Quartz counters and a Carrera Marble backsplash. The stainless steel appliances add to the overall grand nature of the Kitchen.

There wasn’t a lot to do in the bedrooms. The new windows and new doors did a lot to change the feel of the rooms. The neutral white carpeting adds the cherry on top and makes all of these rooms inviting.
The bathroom was a labor of love. The first thing we did was add a pocket door which makes the bathroom space more useable. The new bright lighting show off the marble basketweave floors and the Carrera Marble that surrounds the bathtub. The white shaker bathroom vanity with Quartz counter and brushed nickel fixtures round out this (in my biased opinion) near perfect bathroom.

On the other side of the Living Room, we added a door to go in the space that once was a garage. We leveled the floor and finished the space to make it a comfortable either bedroom or office.

What used to be a dark and shabby utility area is now a bright space that offers the new owner a laundry room as well as an area that can be customized as maybe a mud room or playroom.

This is an awesome sized yard. We actually never knew what we had in terms of the amazing yard until after we bought the house. There was a fence that cut off the a major part of the yard. They threw trash and other debris in this area. It was disgusting to clean up, but I think the cleanup was worth it!
It’s a huge yard and once this grass grows in and becomes a beautiful lush lawn… It’s just going to be an amazing and tranquil place.

This was a major transformation. The house was in pretty rough shape when we bought it, but now it’s turnkey ready for the new owners.
If you’re a homeowner in the area and you’re thinking of selling, whether your house needs work or not, we buy houses for cash. We can close in as quick as 10 to 14 days. Give us a call 781-724-5674 or visit us online at cashofferma.com.
